HA Residence

After being married for 20 years, they decided to build their first home.

Designing their dream house, we have to accommodate a large family and their grandparents who often visit.

The main entrance has a ramp for their convenience.

Combining the dining room and the pantry, it creates an open plan expression.

Simplifying the first-floor space. Additionally, giving privacy from the service areas.

We managed to form a passive circulation of fresh air and natural light for the house. Resulting in less humidity and heat, also reducing energy consumption.

With so many openings, the owners would feel less confined and encourage healthier lifestyle.

Having natural environments which can bring out our best is becoming more important.

Getting fresh air circulation and natural light distribution is key to creating living and workplaces filled with joy, creativity and productivity.
