LA Residence

LA Residence is designed to meet the needs of a new family.

With a fairly compact area to work with and much specifications requested. We decided on a half-floor method.

A multi-story arrangement like this, the left and right areas are empty allowing natural light to illuminate all the rooms.

The facade of this house is designed in the basic form of a cube stacked on top of each other. With windows moved to the corners providing privacy for the family.

A modern style is preferred for the young couple.

The colors selected gives a natural presence.

The hidden kitchen creates a clean illusion for the living room.
