MAJA House

The existing building has a unique shape to it, that we don’t normally see. The back area was a regular garden, which we saw an opportunity to build a back building

The two stories back building has enough space to become a service area, as needed by the client

We provided 2 designs for the façade of the back building :

Therefore, creating more space for the living room or kitchen

As for the furniture we kept it clean and simple. Light wood colors are used to brighten the space

We took into account the humid and heat this area has. So, these two façade designs serve the same purpose. To introduce light and air circulation

We appreciate small living and enjoy designing it
